INSTRUCTIONS FOR TEMPORARY OPERATION PERMIT

STEP 1 & STEP 2

STEP 1: Go to At Leisure License (<- click for hyperlink to website home page as seen in the left image above.)

STEP 2: Select Hoisting Engineer at the left most tab of categories on the At Leisure License homepage to bring you to the hoisting engineer courses page. (As seen in the right image above)

STEP 3 & STEP 4

STEP 3: Scroll down the hoisting engineer course page until you see “Short-Term Rental Permits”. This is the permits that you will need to be able to rent our equipment. (As pictured in the left picture above)

STEP 4: In the drop down menu select the correct machine you want to rent (for example; you want to rent our CT1025 Backhoe therefore you would need a backhoe permit).

STEPS 5,6 ,7 & 8

STEP 5: After selecting the correct machine permit you will then add this course to your cart. After adding the course to your cart you will then click on the cart image and click “proceed to checkout”.

STEP 6: Continue with checking out our cart, this will first prompt you to make an account/log-in. Make your account and proceed with checking out your cart.

STEP 7: After you have checked out you cart and made your log-in your ready to take your course! This should take about 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete.

STEP 8: When you have finished your course the site will prompt you for a rental code ID #, our store code is: 0147368 . After entering the code it will send a copy and confirmation of your permit to our store. Please note these permits will only be available to use to rent from our facility. If you are looking to rent from another facility after doing a permit you will have to obtain a separate permit and the store you wish to rent from’s ID code.
