Maki Building Centers has been serving the region since 1949. As a family run business, our management and staff are committed to providing quality building materials at a competitive price. We strive to have everything needed for the homeowner and professional builder, at any of our three conveniently located Central Massachusetts retail Building Centers. Our knowledgeable team of inside and outside salespeople are ready to work with homeowners, landlords, and professional builders, on projects both large and small. Our fleet of delivery vehicles stand ready to efficiently deliver your order. Full service lumber yards are fully stocked and ready to serve all of your building supply needs!
We take particular pride in, and feature, products that we manufacture under our Specialty Wholesale Supply (SWS) division, in our shops located in Gardner. Here, we manufacture Vinyl DuraGard Double Hung, Horizontal Slider, Picture and TrustGard Casement and Awning windows. Our door shop assembles both interior and exterior doors featuring door slabs and decorative glass from Masonite.
Also found under the SWS umbrella, our vinyl fence and railing program offers many different style and size options. We template and fabricate custom laminate and solid surface countertops, and produce custom aluminum screen and porch enclosure systems. The Millshed, our custom millwork shop stands ready to assist with all of your specialty moulding and millwork needs. We have a steel fabrication shop offering services including cutting, welding and custom fabrication and modification of building related steel components.
Top Notch Truss is a companion to Specialty Wholesale Supply and Maki Building Centers. As an integral part of the MAKI family, Top Notch Truss is dedicated to the manufacture of some of the best trusses in America, and is located on Linus Allain Avenue in Gardner next to the SWS campus. Grand Rental is located in Lunenburg next to our retail store, and offers quality tools and equipment rentals.
